Being retired military, I was astounded at Gregory's load management technology compared to the U.S. military's. Like night and day. I began with Baltoro 70, then Z55, Tarne 36, and now Z35-R.
I'm a huge fan of the Fusion LTS suspension. I perspire a lot in the field and needed a ventilated bag for day-hikes or light over-nighters. The Z35-R meets all my criteria with an amazing load management system (+/40 lbs) built for ventilation and maximum comfort. I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have exterior water bottle pockets. Bottom line, it's awesome!
