Overall, I really liked the bike courier bag. It was very comfortable and the waterproofing worked well enough to keep my computer and other valuables mostly dry during rainy commutes. Unfortunately, the construction and durability were very poor. ALL of the zippers on the waterproof portions of the bag broke. The stitching in the interior pouches ripped out. The stitching attaching the cross strap to the shoulder strap ripped out, making the bag essentially unusable for bike commutes. I managed to get a couple of years of use out of the bag before the cross strap broke, but I imagine many people would have thrown it out after the zippers failed. This bag was a big disappointment, especially for company who's slogan is "good gear = less waste". The bag was built more like a "disposable" bag that should cost a fraction of the price.
