I ordered this cute backpack for my toddler at the beginning of December, giving PLENTY of time for it to be delivered by Christmas. It didn't arrive in time, so I contacted Onbene who replied with their standard "please make sure a neighbor didn't pick it up" email, though I had already told them that isn't possible in my case. Since they don't offer item tracking, it's impossible to tell where it ended up. They shipped the item again and it FINALLY arrived last week (January 4th). Onbene also refunded part of my shipping cost. The backpack itself is very cute, small enough for a toddler to carry, and durable. Onbene DID try to fix the shipping issue, but I'm still disappointed that my daughter didn't have this to open on Christmas morning. I would order from the company again because this little backpack is cute and reasonably priced; I would just make sure I ordered six weeks before I needed it.
