Pokemon Backpack - Ash, Pikachu, Turtwig, Piplup, Chimchar

This backpack has wildly exceeded my expectations for durability. After an entire school year of daily use by a third-grade boy, the decal looks almost pristine, the zippers still work, and the thick, tough fabric has suffered only one tiny hole. (I've had backpacks from office supply stores that were in tatters after less than a year.) True, this pack is light on features, with just two compartments, single-pull zippers, and minimal padding on the straps. But that won't matter to most kids of Pokemon-worshipping age. They'll love it for the design--and you'll love that it lasts all year and still looks great. (Addendum, December 2010: This review does not constitute an endorsement of wild overpricing. It's a surprisingly good kiddie backpack, but... it's still a kiddie backpack!)

My son is 7 and loves this backpack!! It's just the right size for him and has a nice wide interior. Handy outside pocket for his little things. The material is good, it still looks brand new and easy to wipe. The print is very nicely done. No problems with the zipper yet!! I would not have found this in the stores. Great buy!

My son loves the Pokemon picture but it doesn't have a pocket for water bottle on side like most backpacks which is kind of a problem because they all take water bottles to school and he doesn't like that he has to carry it all the time that there isn't a place to put it.

Also the plastic clip that you size the straps broke the second day so I had to just tie it to keep it together, should be more durable for kids to be using everyday.

Fits a lot inside.
