Based on blog reviews and amazon reviews I decided to purchase the sugar snap files to make my diaper bag much more easily accessible. Although the idea is great, I don't like how it was executed. I wish the bags were bigger, maybe all as big as the largest size. Also, the pictures are deceiving they make you think it'll look like a nice organized filing cabinet, but it doesn't look like that in real life. When the pockets actually contain stuff the tags don't show, and it just looks like a bundle of a bunch of zipper bags. I wish there were pictures of the bags filled so it could look more realistic.
I'm giving 5 stars due to the excellent level of customer service the company provided. I'm not using this product nearly as much as my wife, so I can't comment on easy of use/livability, I'm going to assume she's thrilled due to the smile on her face ever time she finds what she's looking for in her bag on the first try.

I changed my bag out and one of the files had ripped down the side. This explains my stuff in random places in my bag but I just thought it was me. The lotions and potions is the one that is torn. After using this for the month of March (a little over a month) I do not think this is worth the money. Anything that only lasts a month when your a mom isn't worth it at all. I was so in love with the idea I didn't really think through the fact that this is just mesh....On another note when you fill the files up it makes your bag way heavier than it should or needs to be. I was recently at a show and I was showing this off to everyone and promoting the brand but I must admit I was had. If you pack your bag properly then you won't need this extra weight and hassle.
This wasn't my only complaint about this product. When I first saw this on a blog I went to the website and then found the product on Amazon. I did not realize that they made two versions. I really wanted the other version so I could make my own labels. I contacted the company and they said since I had opened it I could not return it but they would either offer free shipping or 20% off. That would have made this product around $70 since I would have been stuck with the original Amazon order. I trust everything on Amazon and that one of the main reasons I ordered this from Amazon. Bottom line if you make two versions and sell it on various sites....make it be known. Especially since you are having other peoples blog advertise it for you which is where I found out about this product. And make your product last. I do not believe there are people who use this daily and haven't had issues. There goes $40 down the drain!

What a great idea for a diaper bag! I have a Petunia Picklebottom Boxy Backback and the files fit perfectly. They complimented the black/grey/white pattern that I have too! I get a lot of comments about the organization of my bag. It is really helpful when I need someone else to get something for me, they know right where to look! I will absolutely be purchasing these for friends who are expecting.
