Arc'teryx Arrakis 50 Backpack

Today I got the backpack.At first I exulted,but after I check the backpack carefully,I found a little hole in the middle of the bottom,the edge is regularity.This is designed by arcteryx obviously.After that I found a little hole on the bottom of the rigth side,the edge of the hole is irregularity，and it's obviously broken by someone.Besides,there is no hole on the bottom of the left side. so I felt depressed

and disappointed.
