but for the price it cant be beat. it's got tons of room for a couple of books and a laptop. a little more padding on the exterior for the laptop would be nice. the laptop is well protected on the inside (from spiral notebooks, pens, etc). but i wouldnt be comfortable with dropping this bag even a few inches with my laptop in it. then again, i wouldnt trust any backpack to protect my laptop from a drop.

I brought this backpack at the start of the academic year by winter break it was already wearing away at the bottom. By the start of the spring semester i developed a hole in the bottom and one of the straps was tearing away from the bag. This is not a very durable bag and college students stay away. This bag is only good if you don't intend on carry alot of books
