It has a sunglass holder on one strap and a cell phone pouch on the other. There is a place for your MP3 player, two water bottle holders on the side and a handle on top.
Over all I think it was a great buy for under $45 but not worth the retail price of $120.
Kind of concerned...."SwissGear" Made in China (minus one star)! But then try to find items that are not now a days. I just expected SwissGear was made in you know where!
Update....
Just made a trip via commercial airline. Quickly packed this item. I was more than surprized that not only did I fit my 17" laptop, ipod, sunglasses, textbook, garmin GPS but also...my 15" work laptop with power cords. Believe it or not there was still room for more. The funny part is that the backpack did not look from the outside that it contained anywhere near that ammount of stuff. I could have added a couple of bottles of water but due to airport regulations you only are allowed a few ounces of liquids.Bought this to hold first aid supplies for Boy Scout camp outs. Does a fine job and easy to see. There is even a pocket on the back of the pack near the lumbar area. Smooth zippers that don' catch is always nice.

Very nice pack, though the made in China mentioned in other reviews threw me off too.Unlike the other reviewer I could not fit my 17" laptop in the bag without forcing it so it doesn't fit the need I bought it for. Fortunately my brother has a birthday coming up and a 15" laptop.

This is a great bag. Very comfortable on the shoulders and has a lot of space. It has so many different compartments that are perfectly aligned which makes it easy to get to things. By far the best bag I have owned.Want SwissGear SA1109 Red Laptop Bag fits up to 15.6" Laptops Discount?
I got this bag when it was on sale, $39. The original price is 100+. This bag definitely doesn't worth over 100 bucks. The materials it uses are not the cheapest kind, but not much better either. A fair purchase price might be around $40.
