My backpack did not arrived after I ordered it. After I contacted Samsonite though Amazon, they immediately shipped me a new one at no additional costs. When it arrived, I was very happy. Finally, it is hear. I like the quality of backpack. It looks nice and seems to fit many things. I especially like the key thing and multiple pockets. That's exactly what I need. My previous Samsonite backpack was great, hope this will last for long))

This is a very useful and attractive backpack. It's pretty big, my 15 "laptop fits perfectly. It has compartments to leave your pens and other materials, as well as a pocket for quick access to leave your phone or wallet. In addition, the backpack is very comfortable. Nevertheless, I missed than there were a pocket to secure my laptop in its compartment.

I've been using this backpack for almost 2 months now. Since I'm a college student, it gets daily use and it's held up perfectly well. I hardly ever use the back pocket since I don't usually carry my laptop around, but it is able to fit my large 15" laptop without trouble. The middle pocket can hold all my books and materials easily, and I like the mini pockets and pen holders inside.

The only complaint I have is that when I received the backpack the thread on part of one shoulder strap was poorly stitched and coming undone. I stitched it up and it's fine.

Overall, it's a sturdy, well-made backpack. I'd definitely recommend it. Even though it's smaller than my last backpack, I love it more because of the color. So if you like purple too, then get this pack. I looked at all the other packs out there, and this is probably your best option. ;)
