My son's backpack last 9 weeks before we noticed a hole in the bottom corner. 2 weeks later, the zippers don't work.

My son is 5 and wanted a Yoshi backback for kindergarten. I bought this one and he loves it, I noticed a hole in the side of the pack yesterday. He has only been in school for 3 weeks.

I got this backpack as a backpack for my entire freshmen year. I am 16 years old so it was kind of a joke. Well, anyway, I had expected to get through about a semester at the most. At the semester line the backpack was weakening at the bottom. By the end of the year i had duct taped the bottom. I think it is important to note that I stored plenty of binders and a textbook in it at any given time. I don't recommend to a high schooler or college student but little kids go for it.

After looking at what felt like a million backpacks my son settled on this one. It came quickly and was adorable. Unfortunately a week into first grade the zipper broke. Sent it back and purchased a more sturdy backpack. This one was rather cheap, thin and just didn't seem durable enough. I guess you get what you pay for.
