DC Comics Men's Superman Backsack

I ordered this as a "daddy" diaper bag for my brother-in-law. They named their baby Kent (after Clark Kent) so when I saw this I thought it was fitting. It's a really cool bag for any use the material is nice and strong, the drawstrings are strong as well and actually close all the way at the top, and the flap (cape) is really bright and cool. He gets a ton of compliments on it and loves it. In fact, when it came in, my kids wanted one!

For the price it is a nice backpack for lightweight use. I hang it in a prominent place to put in my coupon prizes for my students.

I ordered this bag after finding it quite by accident on amazon. I have seen many similar bags but only the bag no novelty cape. I am a superman collector so I thought if worse came and the bag was not useful I would just pack it away in my collection. I was very surprised to see that this bag was actually better stitched than similar bags I have seen so I have been giving it a try. So far I have carried at all times in the bag 2 1" binders and 3 notebooks. Yesterday I added a full package of 20weight, 500sheet,hammermill printer paper to the mix and was a little worried about the added weight in the bag. The took the weight like superman. I have been impressed so far. My son thinks it's hilarious that the cape flutters in the wind when I carry the bag with me and after seeing mine and how well it is holding up he now wants me to order the batman version for him. While I would not recommend this as a school bag or a heavy use bag it is good for everyday toting of lighter items. The bag is nylon so be aware that if you put items with jagged edges or sharp corners it will snag and tear but if you use common sense in what you put in the bag you should have no problems. Again, I am very impressed by the quality of this bag.
