I would have posted this on the customer review page but Amazon won't let me. So I will place my review here. I had a horrible experience with my shipping thanks to USPS. Now, let me just clarify, yes I know Meffort can't control USPS and how they run their operations. That being said, because USPS has handled the package horribly and three weeks passed with no package, Meffort has gone above and beyond in the customer service department by replacing my package and shipping it out priority. Meffort called me personally Jan 14 to apologize for the problems and inform me that they would refund my shipping and send out a new one at no extra cost to me. My tracking information shows a location for my old package but has been there for 5 days. While Meffort sees this, they insisted upon sending a new one asap. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! While I was very upset with what happened to my first package, I must admit I am thrilled that this company has apologized and taken the steps necessary to right a wrong. Thank you. I recommend this company to my friends and any others.
