I liked the response time for shipping. the package came very well packed and the briefcase is of very good quality I can recommend to anyone who wishes to take several items with tremendous versatility and of course very comfortable when carrying is going to go to a meeting

Hard to imagine why this company would "headline" the WORST PART OF THIS PRODUCT, viz., THE CHEAP METAL PRESS-LOCK. The product failed in the FIRST HOUR of its FIRST USE and the metal press-lock failed completely and the bag, thereby, made worthless!!! The problem appears not to be a "quality control" issue, but a production defect by the manufacturer simply buying cheaply made press-locks from some substandard supplier to maximize profits and the expense of useability and constomer satisfaction. The bag is on its way back to Amazon, after 1 hour's use and a humiliating public failure at a very special public venue for which the bag was purchased. At least it brought laughs all around, but I didn't intend to be the butt of the joke.
