I love the diaper bag and the functionality of size. It is very easy to clean and stay organized with all of the pockets. I had an issue with one of the should straps fraying and unraveling on me and I contacted customer service. They replied to my email in less than 24 hours and requested photographs of damaged strap. After viewing the photographs, they promptly responded that they would replace my bag. The only thing that I would change about the bag is that I would have made the sides a little more stiff so that they could stand up on their own. I am extremely happy with both the product and couldn't be happier with their customer service.
