Tumi Alpha Slim Solutions Brief Pack 026177DH,Black,one size

Tumi products appear to be on sale here and other places. This bag is typical tumi quality (which is to say very good), it's very compact yet roomy. Very nice package. It just barely fits my 15.4 in HP laptop, iPad, chargers, planner, and still has room in the very large front pocket (that doesn't bulge). I went through almost the entire tumi backpack line up and was happiest with this one.

For a large laptop backpack, I prefer Briggs and Riley (same high quality but lifetime warranty) but I wanted a smaller backpack for daily work use and this fit the bill perfectly.

If I had to nit pick, I don't like the large "wings" on the side that the backpack straps are connected to and also I wish Tumi would make the interior fabric color lighter to make locating things easier.

I think it's unfair to knock this for being made in China as (1) 99% of the stuff you buy is made in China--that doesn't always mean poor quality and (2) I believe Tumi is not a company that has ever claimed to manufacture domestically.

Compact for the train ride to work, yet lots of room for files and other stuff. It doesn't look like it, but a 15" laptop fits with plenty of room to spare. No complaints.

Amazon carries some sale every once in a while and the price cannot be matched anywhere. Outside of that, the backpack make and finish is professional Tumi style.

I have had Tumis and this is one of the best designs. It holds a laptop, lots of magazines, books and notepads and even my toiletries so I do not have to open my roll aboard to access it. It holds well because of the rectangular shape. Price is a bit steep though I got 20% better here at Amazon than at Tumi store (and no sales tax and free shipping).

Great looking product from Tumi. I just needed a laptop carrier which is not a general backpack with extra width for clothes or other stuff. It's slim and can carry a laptop or 2 max or can stuff in a day worth of garments, that's it. It's not a general purpose backpack which you can use to carry a lot of other stuff apart from laptop. I love this piece. Only problem I see is sometimes due to latop weight it tumbles which is weird as I've never seen a laptop backpack tumbling due to laptop weight !! Might be a design flaw!! I use a general 14" inch machine for my daily use. Apart from that, It's a nice looking slim backpack which can be used for daily office needs.
