My son got this backpack when he started second grade. As a huge Mario fan he was very excited. He loved the colors and graphics. Well today is October 12th and the backpack is already not usable. It started out with the side water bottle compartments unraveling. Both of the nets fell apart. Then shortly after one of the bolts that holds the wheel assembly fell off. Now the seams at the bottom are coming apart. This is all from all normal use. I do not believe he is excessively hard on backpacks. He is back to using his Ninjago backpack he used all last year.
I dont think this product is made very well.
