I loved the fashion and quality of the product, but when I got it, the zipper was "sticky". Now that it's been zipped and unzipped a few times, the zipper has busted. I'm sure this is just an isolated incidence, but I'm hopeing Amazon will let me return this one and will send me another. I really want this item. I love it. And even though this is the first thing I have ever ordered through Amazon, i would definitely use them again.

I had been looking for a back-pack purse for several months and was very happy when I found this bag. I was happy with the price when I found this one and ordered. Unfortunately, I have had it less than a month and one of the shoulder straps has completely torn out of the purse. The tread around the plastic edging is also wearing away in spots. I am not hard on purses. I had the last one for four years of nearly continual use before it fell apart. Disappointed.
