Looks as beautiful as the picture. Rolls wonderfully. Haven't used it on a trip yet, but I have no worries that it will hold up. Very happy with this product.

I bought this because a. it was on sale, b. I love the print, and c. it's advertised as 20", which fits the requirement for all major airlines' carry-on size limit. I've stopped checking baggage if I can help it because I don't want to spend money on baggage check fees. I love that it's roomy, even with the smaller size, and it really is a great product.

I left one star off because once I had packed my stuff into it, a flight attendant with American Airlines thought it was too big to be considered a carry-on (even with the front pocket zipped in to shrink it a bit). I ended up having to check it at the gate and go through the hassle of baggage claim.
