The top loading of this pack makes getting contents in and out a little difficult. We purchased this knowing it was a little on the smaller size but have been surprised at how little actually fits in the bag. Like the look of it, would not buy it again though.
However, the straps seem to be located too narrowly and thus create an unpleasant feeling behind my neck. Hope that this feeling will disappear when I load the bag or\and when I avoid direct contact of the bag and my neck (different clothing).
