Here is what I like:

1. holds a lot of stuff

2. changing pad included

3. cell phone pocket

4. bottle holders

What I don't like:

1. Funny smell. Fabric smells like gasoline. I used to work with a bag manufacturer and I know this is because the fabric is a petro-based product. I am just glad it doesn't make the stuff you put in it smell.

2. needs more divider pockets inside. Since it is so big, it is hard to dig clear to the bottom to get stuff. You have to take everything out to get stuff sometimes.

3. no adjustment on strap.

Keep what you pack in it light. It could get heavy if you stuff it full then carry it all day.

I have been searching for the perfect backpack diaper bag and was really disappointed at how large this bag is. I overlooked the measurements when placing the order--not expecting this huge bag. In general diaper bags are big, but this thing is almost square and wider than my back. And it doesn't have enough compartments at all--it's a free-for-all inside! I'm going to be returning it.

Bought this for use during travel with our infant. The bag looks totally different than what in the picture. The bag is too big, really really uncomfortable to carry because of only one back strap. Not a well designed backpack. My wife's and my back and shoulders hurt if we carry this bag for more than 10 minutes. This is really not a diaper bag. Seems like a storage bag.
