Everything fit in this computer bag; even a 4-inch binder. The removable computer sleeve made airport security check points a breeze. The wheels were smooth. I am 5'10" tall and the handle was not a problem. I was afraid it would not go into the overhead compartment on the itty-bitty plane, but it did when the handle went first. Soooo many pockets! I am still holding onto my boxes since this was its Maiden Voyage.
Others noted an initial lining odor: this went away within a couple of days.
I use it everyday for work, since I work from 4 different locations. Before this I had a beautiful Bric bag, but my shoulders couldn't take the load of laptop, papers, files and personal items.
The bag isn't too big for work, at least for me. Most women carry less, but I have a high profile demanding career and this bag has definitely improved my productivity.
I bought the plaid, it is different and unique, definitely not your average roller brief.

I like everything except for the laptop sleeve it said that this case was suppose to be for a 17in laptop but it's not it fits if you force it in there but you have to pull really hard to get it out. it's gotta be great! It's very convenient and the handles telescope longer than my other briefcase. Looks fabulous. London Fog also has great customer service. If TSA or baggage handlers steal your tag along, they'll send you another one. Have your receipt electronically saved.
