I ordered this duffle for a trip to China. Not long after purchase, the zipper pulls started coming off. The literature that came with the bag said it had shoulder straps, but it doesn't. Now nearing the end of my trip, one of the plastic wheel mounts has become torn, so sometimes the bag will drag. As soon as I come across a Samsonite store, I'll be asking for a replacement. I have to say this bag is not worth the money. Way too expensive for it to start falling apart almost immediately.

On the recommendation of a friend I gave the duffel bag try for traveling. You get so much space in the bag its mind blowing. What filled up a comparatively sized hard luggage case fit with room to spare here. The roller system is really really nice, but what else does one expect from Samsonite. I really wish I knew why this has such negative reviews because I cannot say enough good things about it.
