I purchased this bag as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. I ordered it two days before the big day and she received it right on time. She absolutely loves it. The bag is spacious, sturdy, and the zipper closure keeps her things from falling out. I can't remember the other details of the bag right now, so I will definitely update this when I have it in my hands to examine fully. Overall absolutely no disappointments.

This bag is much bigger than pictured. It is about the size of a messenger bag. It is thin material so I wouldn't use it for several heavy books, but my 14" laptop in it's padded case fits fine. I wish the material used was heavier because then I would use it endlessly. The strap is durable. I love the design, but since it's printed on the thin material it won't last in heavy use.Bottom line this is a fun bag but I don't reccommend it for kids that will use it hard.Got this for my 12 yr old niece since she wanted a new messenger bag for school. She adores this, she's a big fan of N.B.Christmas and it's a great size to where her school books fit. She is small and it adjusts to her shortness... :)
