We bought this for our 11 year old! She loved it. Fun colors sturdy and she likes the little icons OMG! Its good that its 17" as it fits all airlines and you can fit a good amount of stuff in the bag.

Our 7 year old used this for a trip to Florida. It's a nice size for her to pull herself. All her things would fit fine for a weekend trip.
