I tested this thing immediately after receiving it. I took one of my better suits and a sport coat and packed it into the garment sleeve and left it in there for 24 hours. There were a few wrinkles (not creased) that went away after hanging the suit up overnight. These wrinkles were no worse that I'd expect to get from *wearing* the suit for a day.
Tips:
Here's a tip for minimizing sleeve wrinkles: Turn the sleeves inside-out, putting them inside the jacket. This avoids folding the sleeves over, and the sleeves will naturally point towars the center rather than outwards. This not only minimized wrinkles, but allowed the jackets to fit more easily into the sleeve. I wear a size 42 long, in case you're curious.
As others have noted, some garments will extend past the bottom of the garment sleeve. Sliding the garments up above the hangers will correct this.
I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to pack a suit but doesn't want to fiddle with a clumsy garment bag.The items still come out a little bit wrinkled, but it's a lot better than without it. It does fit into my carry-on roller.

Having lost my last garment sleeve I was in the market for a replacement. The Eagle Creek garment sleeve is a worthy replacement and I would definitely recommend this product. It is sturdy and efficient. The clothes manage to stay relatively wrinkle free. It can hold up to a few shirts and dress slacks. While your clothes will not be completely wrinkle free, I do find that the clothes come through in decent wearable fashion. The double hooks on the inside is also a great design even though you can easily put two hangers on one hook.To make it a top notch garment sleeve though, the handle could be a little better constructed, maybe with some type of padding on the handle end would be great. Also, they should incorporate some types of pockets on the backside of the bag. This would serve a great deal in accommodating small items like a toothbrush, travel toothpaste, a pair of socks, etc.
Overall, definitely one of the better garment sleeves I was able to find online.

I brought this to Europe in a duffel type carry on bag. I think I left with 9 shirts on wire hangers. When I came back there might have been like 12 shirts in it. I ironed before I left and the shirts survived just fine with minimal wrinkles. I was careful when folding the sleeves. I wear XL, 6' 3" dress shirts only. I didn't put pants or a suit in it. I wore my sport coat. When I returned I just brought the whole thing to the dry cleaners, opened it and hung the shirts to get serviced. It helped for sure as there is a stiff frame that protects from bending and makes it fold well. I'm glad I have it.Bought this in order to carry my suit during a cross-country flight. It allowed me to pack the full three-piece suit along with a dress shirt and tie (40S suit jacket). When I unpacked my suit at my destination, it came out no worse for the wear. From other customer reviews it looks like larger jackets might be a tighter fit.
