The bag is different than what you are paying over a $100 for initially. The difference is there are no front steel ring carabiner points and no side carabiner points. Kinda, sucks as it changes the aesthetics of the bag, but it's still an ok look for the bag without them.
Yes. This the best backpack I've ever owned. It's sturdy and its hefty material it's built with, makes it almost indestructible. One nice feature is the metal buckles. Strong enough to pull up the bag without breaking, not like those plastic buckles on other bags I purchased before.
