Happy's over sized head give the impression that the backpack itself is large and can hold a good amount of stuff, this is however not the case. Seeing that I would be using this as a Con goer and Cosplayer, the idea of having a themed backpack to go along with my costume was great since the costume has no pockets. The zipper is found on Happy's back, positioned just around the middle of his head to his lower back. Unfortunately Happy's head is nothing but fluff, the actual storage area can fit a Nintendo 3DS XL with little spare room.The backpack seems of good quality, but the one problem I have is probably a one in a hundred case. The eyebrow above Happy's left eye is missing, the embroidered stitching is completely missing. Amazon was very understanding and gave us a 25% refund since I decided the keep the item.
Overall, not bad but the item itself is very misleading to the amount of storage space it actually has.
