I would have made the bag a bit more durable on the bottom as well as a different shoulder strap attachment . Both were just under par for this bag to have been totally great. That said the canvas is tough and the space and pockets are adequate but I had to stop at give a 4 for service by the sender who contacted me and had excellent service and follow up
