I have used the case about 4 times and will say that it is light so we have been able to pack a lot in. When it is full, the case is a bit difficult to roll but I'm generally happy with its performance. Unfortunately on our last trip the airline managed to yank off one of the four plastic "legs" from the back of the suitcase (the part was completely gone and two screws were sticking out from where the plastic cover should have been). Since you rest the suitcase on these pieces before you open the case I wanted to just replace the part it's easy to screw in. So step 1) Find the part there are none to be found. Step 2) Call the company that makes the case. Not as easy as you'd think! After some digging I found that Revo bags are made by Oliviet International and then I found out that they have TERRIBLE customer service. To get any fix on the bag you have to ship the bag to them in CA for analysis and then you should hope you are still under the company warranty! Since I would happily buy the little piece and shipping this rather large bag was silly, I asked if they could send me the part I'd buy it. Not an option. So I took the screws off and have three legs which will suffice. It's just annoying.Nice performance first trip from US to Asia. Horrible 2nd trip Asia to US...the entire bag broke into pieces. Revo carry-on spinner is a far better product.
