I bought this item to carry some school books and sometimes my small, 13-inch laptop with me back and forth to school and work. After only about a month of use, the seams attaching the strap to the rest of the bag started to come loose. I'm sure that if I continued to use this product the strap would come loose completely.
I was very pleased with the backpack, my son liked it, I had looked for one at other places but never found one for the price I got this one for.
