Shipping took a long time on this, which was ok but when item got here there is a rather large stain on the side and several buttons are really loose including the one on the front that is barley hanging on by a thread. Not good concidering the price I paid for bag. Really disappointed in product.
the backpack is made from quality material. you can tell that it was carefully created, and the bag has proven to be very durable and reliable. the front and side pockets are a great addition for a little added space for smaller items! overall, a great product. very happy with it.
