Ok, I'm a Kiva convert. I searched all over for just the right carry-on. I hate 4-wheelers so I need 2 wheels -which are getting harder and harder to find. I also wanted at least 21" plus expansion for more capacity if needed. On top of that, I wanted a really LIGHT suitcase -so it doesn't add much more weight than what I put in it. This bag fits the bill and on top of that, for all you tree-huggers out there, it's made of recycled materials! I've flown with it maybe 7 or 8 times now and I LOVE IT.

I was impressed on how light this suitcase is. It is very easy to move and with the 3 handles it is also easy to lug around and get in and out of my car. I was surprised at how much I could fit into it.

I love this suitcase! I travel for work and pleasure and have beaten up enough luggage over the years. I love this for a number of reasons, it's super lightweight, with all the poundage restrictions these days you want every ounce you can take advantage of. All the pockets are great and easy to access, I can get so much into this and the color is perfect, low key and professional yet easy to identify if you have to gate check it.

I ordered this to take on a trip. Thank goodness I did not order the larger one too when it was smaller than i expected it to be. It was fine to take on a car trip, but when it came off the baggage machine on the other side, it fell open when I picked it up. The zipper had broken during the trip. Luckily, the contents were mostly still in it, but it is completely worthless now and will have to buy another bag while on vacation to make the return flight.

I've taken this suitcase on both local and international trips. It holds more than other 21 inchers I've owned. It has a light colored interior and things don't get lost in the recesses as they did in black interior suitcases...a must have. I had to return the first one to the manufacturer because a zipper pull popped off. They were helpful and fast about replacing. And I would love to this 5 stars because it is so well designed... HOWEVER on my just completed internationl trip some tears have appeared on the front fabric--something I've never ever had happen in other luggage. Maybe the light weight comes at a cost of weaker fabric.

What do I do now? Doubt the manufacturer will consider this something they need to cover under warranty. Sigh!
