Delivery was on time I order it on Friday and got it on the following Monday. Once I got the backpack I put my lap top in it and the fit was some what very snug, I really won't say I had a hard time putting in and taking out my 17" laptop but it did not come out or enter as smooth as I thought it would. As for as the comfort when wearing it on my shoulders, I would give it a 2, it is too wide for my shoulders and I don't have small shoulders.
I'm on my second pack. The inside lining where the laptop goes ripped in both case. My notebook is only a 15" Mac. With the second pack the zipper for that area is tearing from the lining. I have never had any case do that. This is poor manufactured with poor quality materials.

Even with the snug fit reported by another review, it is exactly as described. A well made, backpack to park your 17" laptop in, yes it is a snug fit, but that is a good thing I think.
