I ordered this bookbag for my small child for school. Since the description said, "medium," I was not expecting the bag to be so small and bascially for play, not actual use. He is just starting school, so he would not need anything heavy duty, so I thought that this would cover his needs. As for the quality of the bag, that part looked nice. I did feel that it was rather pricey, considering the size of the bag, though. Unfortunately, I had to send it back because he would not be able to use it at school. I was very pleased with Amazon, too. I submitted my reason for returning the item and there was no cost or hassle to return the item. I would shop with them again. I just felt that the advertising for the item, can be misleading.
