Sanrio Hello Kitty Ribbon Pink Large Backpack Bag

I ordered this backpack from both Amazon and FAO Schwarz ... unfortunately what is pictured was not what is sent. Both sites (as well as Toys R Us) use the same exact manufacturer's pictures. I even contacted Amazon ahead of the order to ensure that this was the item I would be receiving, as at that time there were two OTHER photos connected to this item, and they pictured an entirely different backpack. Amazon assured me that the current photo (pale pink HK backpack with bow pattern on the top and bottom pockets) was the correct item and they said they'd removed the other photos.

Well, the backpack in the photos they removed was the bag I actually got: darker pink (a color I dislike) without the bow pattern on the top pocket, just one large bow with "HK" printed over it. The cat is sitting facing the left instead of the right, and her hand is not covering her mouth. It's a totally different bag.

Unfortunately, despite my refund and return of the item, and contacting customer service, the item here has not been updated to reflect what you will ACTUALLY receive when you order. Don't order this item till they update the picture to this:

what can i say if you got a girl and you get her a hello kitty back pack you just cant go wrong and it looks like it is better than some others i have seen thanks
