I can not tell you how disappointed I am with this product. I came in today and within minutes of opening it I noticed stains on the back and straps of backpack. Looks like grease. I am going to try a Tide pen and pray it gets the stains out or I will send it back. This is for my nephews birthday and I refuse to give him something stained to take to school. This really sucks.
My son is loving his new backpack. I would recommend for anybody. Now he has the backpack, hat, and lunchbox
