I purchased my bag 2.5 years ago after researching lots of different options. What I liked about the Urban Junket bags are how stylish they are yet functional all while being eco-friendly. I had problems with the zipper, though. This caused me to not use the bag as often as I would like. On my last business trip, the zipper totally broke. I contacted their customer support department to see if I could get the zipper repaired and they instead replaced the entire bag and shipped it to me via Fed Ex. Wow... that was totally above and beyond what I would've expected. The new bag arrived and uses a totally different zipper that appears to be better constructed. I'm now using this as my everyday bag for work.
