My boys wanted rolling backpacks this year. So against my better judgement, I bought this one. After two days of school, the zipper broke. We managed to fix it. After about 2 weeks, the bottom started to get warn and one of the straps broke. The zipper continued to break about once a week we had fix it. It is now only October and there is a huge hole in the bottom, the zipper is broken, strap is broken and the wheels are warn out. My son is only 7. He is by no means a big strong kid. This backpack was the biggest disappointment. It is now in the garbage and we had to buy a new backpack less than 2 months into the school year.
I really liked it, bought it well in advance of school starting to make sure he had what he wanted. BUT, I noticed last night (9 days into the new school year) it already has a hole in it. Personally I think it should be replaced free of charge. Going to think long and hard about buying backpacks from amazon because this has happened twice in the last 3 years. Very unhappy
