Product is perfect. .. GREAT quality , good size, heavy duty as well as very sturdy. I have not seen one made this good in store for at least 20 years. Shoulder straps are nice and padded for those days the little one has extra heavy stuff to carry, the picture (s) are also nicely done. I would like to say I have something bad to say about this back pack but sorry I don't. ..I was extremely impressed when I received this item; now I just need to find three more of equal quality but for girls!

Good size! Good quality! Solid build! Very happy with this purchase... and so is our son. The backpack is going to way outlive my son's interest in Ben 10.
