Luggage was more than easy to manage through the seven flight changes I had.Never had a problem with capacity.Only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because one wheel wore off on the side.Sure would appreciate if Eagle Creek would send me a replacement.I think it should have held up a lot better than that.Used this on a recent trip to Hawaii. After going through multiple airports and 6 different plane loadings and unloadings, the case is holding up great. I don't really see any wear marks (yet). I love the TSA-approved locks. It's nice to be able to lock it up and not have to rely on zipper closures. I was somewhat worried about the wheels, but no worries yet.
