I used this diaper bag only about twice a week, when we went to church or some other event that I knew I would be at for a few hours and wanted to carry something bigger. I had probably used it a total of 15 times when it broke. The snap that holds the flap shut broke off one day when I opened it. I didn't use excessive force and only adults ever touched the bag, so its not because anyone was being too rough with it. When you pay this kind of money for a diaper bag, you expect it to not break in less than a month.
