This is my second Air Lift scooter pack. It just slides on over the seat back. It keeps my charger, an extra sweater, an umbrella, and whatever I'm hauling around that day. It is secure on the scooter and I really like that it can not be seen into by anyone else without opening the zippers. There is a divider flap inside, so I can put my folding cane on one side and get it out easily and quickly without it getting hooked on charger wires, etc.The only problem I have is that when I travel by air, the TSA agents always take it off and xray it.........which I understand but it does make the slip on pocket a little loose. After several years of travelling, I did have to purchase another one.
