Dakine 25-Litre Mission Pack

Ya, I have to say I used to think Dakine was overrated. That was over 8 years ago. Then I got my first Dakine mission bag in high school and it lasted all the way through to college and then got stolen jan 3rd in SF's tenderloins. No I have replaced the old mission bag I had that was mostly brown and green with a sweet, dark colored one with some lime green. This thing is amazing MUCH better than the older version I had! I mean think has a compartment for EVRYTHING! If your like me and like things separated this IS THE PACK FOR YOU. This pack interior is even water proof material for the most part. not 100% water proofed but resistant to rain no problem! I love this pack and I work in sport chalet so I say Ogio, Jansport, and Element don't have shnite on this pack. Though i'll admit Oakley, Electric have some worthy opposition for this master piece.

Zippers are pretty good...opens and closes easily.

Plenty of storage (for what I needed).

Shoulder straps are comfortable.

I've had this bag about a month now and I love I got it for school that starts this week, It worked as a great carryon pack wast week to and from Hawaii it is plenty big for whatever you need. I would reccomend it to anyone!!!

I've only had this for about two weeks, so I can't comment on the durability of this backpack. I'll be bringing this with me on a month long overseas hostel hopping trip shortly. I'll update when I come back.

However, from using this backpack over the last two weeks, it seems to be pretty well made. It looks and feels pretty durable. I'm very abusive with my gear and I expect them to last. I brought this backpack solely to bring on my trip. I decided to do a 2 week test run here at home and so far so good. It passed my test and it gets to go on the trip with me.

For me the best thing about this backpack are the super convenient little pockets on the side and the two straps on the back. Those two straps are super functional and versatile. I can hang my towel, slippers and my thermal mug to it with a carabiner. This really frees up room inside for me.

I liked this except that it does not have enough depth. I sometimes buy Chinese bento box 50% off at night sale at Ameria which is a supermarket around 5km away from my flatto. It is hard for this bag to hold the bento boxes flat. And this bug is kind a litte hard,not flexible. Those are the points I do not satisifi.
