I like the neoprene feel to this bag, but I always carry my laptop in my backpack. If you were going to carry it in your arms, I would suggest a case with rubber grip pads. This might slip, and I don't believe it's impact resistant. It fits my 15.6" lenovo thinkpad perfectly, and the water resistance is a nice feature. I am satisfied with this purchase. This case was absolutely perfect for my new toshiba 15.6 inch laptop. It really is a great case for $12,I mean how can you go wrong. And it really is water resistent. I tested it out just to be sure. For me there is just not enough padding. Sure it will keep your laptop dry, but I'm not happy about the overall protection. If I had to do it over, I would have paid $15 for something that would actually provide some protection for my machine if I dropped it.Should provide adequate protection for regular wear-and-tear situations. I wouldn't want to bet on the computer being protected from a fall from a desk top (or from waist level) onto a hard floor, 'though.Great case for the price, if your looking for something water resistant, cheap, and versatile get it. Be warned this thing is thin, will not protect whatsoever from drops.
