Was great until both zippers broke. would love to have a new one, or even a refund. i need another pokemon backpack.
This is a cute backpack; just about the right size for a 5th grader. However, it lasted for about 2 weeks and the zipper broke. What good is a backpack that won't zip? Now we have a cute piece of useless artwork hanging on the wall! I went to a discount store and bought a $9 backpack and it's held up for 10 weeks now.... If they want me to buy expensive character backpacks, they need to put some effort into the quality!!!

Great find at a great value, my only negative feed back would be its not as large as i thought it barely fits my sons binder, but we got it to work & he's super happy:)
