This laptop sleeve is awesome. It's got just enough padding to actually be firm on its own (i.e. it doesn't flop all over when it's empty). It comes with a handy microfiber cloth for your screen. I bought a hard, color shell for my Macbook, and the whole thing STILL fits in this case. (And if I am careful, I can also get the cord in there, too.) The material on the case is a great texture, because it doesn't slide everywhere, but when I pull it out of a packed backpack or travel bag, it doesn't stick to everything. Overall, I am exceptionally pleased with this item. :)
Great little case, stylish and functional. It's well-made and fits our 2008 macbook just fine. Since it's an older style computer and we were worried that it wouldn't fit, but even with the hard-shell case that we bought for extra protection of the macbook itself, this shell slides right over it all. It has got a bit of stretch to it, so just about any 13" computer should fit, I'd think =)

I got this laptop sleeve to travel with my laptop. It was well-priced, has a nice design, and does the job fine. It's not the most cushioning, but it's better than nothing and protected it from scratches.
