The package took forever to come in, which it was free shipping so I shouldn't complain. I thought I ordered the black backpack because the image that showed was a black backpack, I was wrong. It was the natural color. I have no problem with the natural color, my problem is that is a very large backpack. I'm 5 ft, this thing goes over my butt. It is very good looking nonetheless, just maybe better for someone who is 6ft.
