Product arrived and within 2 days of use, the straps had broken and the side pocket started to fall off. This backpack was purchased for a 7 year old boy. He initially loved the look of the bag, but was quite disappointed when his bag started to fall apart within a few days! Recommend you look for something else with better quality ratings.
