There is only one negative to this super cute laptop carrying case it smells to high heaven when you first take it out of the plastic. It smells like burnt rubber tires. I had to hang it outside for about three weeks so I could rid the smell from the bag, I also put a fabric softener sheet inside the bag to help. I imagine it's the neoprene itself, and then stored inside a plastic bag for some period of time. But once you get the smell out, it's very handy and cute!
