I was all set to love everything about this pack--color, materials, classy looking but for some reason the straps on the back force the bag away from the back,making it very uncomfortable to carry. It is fine if u zip the straps and carry on the shoulder, but I was hoping to avoid that. I wish I could figure out a way to make it pull in rather than pull away from my back,making it more cumbersome and heavy. I may call to return as it is not a good item.
